Thanks Note -  Six months ago, I began Jombay’s Lead Like a Woman program with a focus on growth, reflection, and purposeful leadership. Today, I’m honoured to be named a 2025 Top 10% Club winner. This recognition is deeply personal, dedicated to my father, whose values of integrity and learning continue to guide me. The journey strengthened my empathy, self-awareness, and decision-making. I’m grateful to my mentor/boss Yuvaraj Srivastava Group CHRO MMT, my team, and the cohort for their support.

M3M Foundation athletes excelled at the Kettlebell Sport Haryana State Championship 2026 in Gurugram, winning 30 medals (18 gold). Under the Lakshya Program, 20 iMpower Club participants showcased grassroots sports excellence, including Haryana’s first para kettlebell athlete, promoting inclusive sports development. Payal Kanodia praised their resilience, highlighting support for youth from underserved communities. The initiative reflects a strong push toward youth empowerment and sports training in India.
