Godrej Enterprises Group launched the “Chhote Engineer” Multi-Skilling Lab at Swami Vivekanand High School, Khalapur, under its CSR initiative for skill development. Conceptualized by Mr Surendra Vaidya & implemented by Jnana Prabodhini Skill Center, the programme equips rural students with hands-on training in mechanical, electrical, carpentry, and civil skills. 1,500+ students annually across six schools, it uses a mobile training model and central Skill Hub Lab to enhance practical learning and employability.

Reliance Foundation and C-DAC Hyderabad have launched e-SafeHER, a cybersecurity awareness programme to empower 1 million rural women with digital safety skills. Anchored under MeitY’s ISEA initiative, it promotes digital inclusion, safe online practices, and financial security through SHGs and community learning. Isha Ambani said it aims to create “Cyber Sakhis,” boosting confidence and participation in the digital economy, while driving women empowerment and secure digital access in rural India.
